To simplify and and streamline the systems we have integrated the quality and the environmental management systems into an operational system.

Eco management

Environmental matters have long been a natural part of the daily work in Merox. Our work is part of SSAB's work for a better environment and means that SSAB raw materials are used most efficiently by utilising by-products to create high-quality products which in turn are used for a variety of applications.

Although the work at Merox is actively working for the environment there is some effect on the environment when it comes to energy, transport and dust. We work continuously to identify and reduce the environmental impact of our operations. We are certified according to ISO 14001.

Quality management

Our quality work is continuous and is conducted at all levels and activities of the company.

Merox quality system shall work to increase customer satisfaction and guarantee the quality of Merox' products.

The quality system is based on our business and the demands of our customers and is certified by ISO 9001:2008.

Health and safety management

Merox management system also integrates health and safety management, we meet the requirements and are certified according to OHSAS 18001 2007.
